Hi, I’m Fiona.

I’m glad you have found my corner of the universe.

You have landed here either because I personally know you or we have a mutual connection - thank you for coming by at my invitation.

Or you may have stumbled across my musings on Substack, LinkedIn or somewhere else online - welcome and thank you for being here, I appreciate the visit!

I have accumulated 20+ years in marketing across FMCG, healthcare, and medical devices. I know how businesses build and execute strategy. I’ve applied it to my own life and now help others do the same.

Right now, I am working directly with mid-career women navigating career inflection points using my signature framework, The Momentum Method, as part of The Career Strategy Intensive.

  • Courage, Integrity, Commitment

  • “You can be strong and kind”

    “Show up and follow through”

    “Speak the truth in love”

    “We all have agency”

    “Don’t let fear drive choices”

    • Connecting the dots - see the invisible threads

    • Make sense of the ambiguity

    • Simplify complexity

    • Communicate meaning

  • My style is D/C

    1. Activator

    2. Achiever

    3. Strategic

    4. Individualisation

    5. Learner

  • I’ve personally navigated:

    • Changing sectors

    • Parental leave

    • Redundancy

    • Burnout and recovery

    • Returning from career break

    • Self-doubt, reinvention and rebuilding

Read more about my personal reflections on my Substack.

    Fun facts about me:

    • I started training in Japanese Jujitsu in my mid-30s (with my daughters) and love it.

    • I’ve never considered myself as an ‘outdoorsy’ person but now do enjoy camping and being in nature, after sustained persistence by my husband and kids.

    • I self-reflect on a lot of things, and deeply. I like to think about our relationship to work and others, spiritual matters & my personal faith, parenting and family experiences and the life lessons that we never asked for.
